I love how a vibrant fluorescent blue results when rutile pink glaze crosses over matte white! I also like to dip my pieces only partially in the glaze to leave lines of raw clay. I generally have a shaky hand and am not good with a paint brush, but I can let gravity create my lines by using this dip method.
