This glaze combination is inspired by a mug I made years ago when I was exploring new layers with matte turquoise glaze. Neither rutile pink nor matte turquoise are transparent crackling glazes but layering rutile pink over matte turquoise creates this jade-like transparent crackling green.
The creamy and bubbly-textured glaze is butter scotch running down over the other glazes.
I'm currently really enjoying the dynamic movements and different results from this glaze combination. So, you'll see a lot more of this on other pieces.
