I glazed this vase three times >_<. The first couple times I messed up because I didn't get the angle I wanted in the dip. After each try, I had to wash off the glaze and let the bisque piece dry before I could glaze it again.
I'm really glad that I messed up the first two times because my initial plan was to only glaze the matte white glaze you see on the top 3/4 and the white glaze on the bottom of the vase. For the third try, I decided to add a splash of color so I dipped the other corner in million $ yellow. I really love the deep gradient effect in the million $ yellow glaze and the way this splash of color contrasts with the white and gray tones elsewhere.
